Homegrown Worship is part of the wider Resound Media group. Launched in 2005 under the watchful eye of founder Andy Baker, the organisation has worked on hundreds of music production projects, managed some of the UK’s leading Contemporary Christian Artists and helped scores of artists raise £100,000’s through our in-house crowdfunding platform Rocket Fuel.
In 2010, we launched one of the UK’s first Artist Development companies, Sound Consultancy, and love to get alongside creative individuals to help them define their mission, refine their approach and achieve the goals they’ve set out.

Andy has been in the music industry for over 15 years and has helped develop leading Christian artists such as Philippa Hanna, Chloe Reynolds and Daughters of Davis.
Jonathan Middleton
Chief Song Selector
Jonathan is an experienced worship pastor and musician and now lives in South Africa, working as Homegrown Worship’s Chief Song Selector.
Mentoring, Coaching & Virtual Management
Our coaching for songwriters, mentoring for worship leaders and virtual management for artists sessions are done one-to-one over video calls to help you grow in specific areas with your music and ministry.
Each session is 60 minutes in duration and we offer both fixed and flexible plans to suit your preferences.
Mentoring
Grow in the character and confidence that’s required to see your ministry go deeper and wider. We can cover areas such as:
- Personal development with a focus on healthy habits
- Building a team around you
- Formulating a plan for growth
Coaching
Develop your skills as a songwriter or worship leader with coaching that can help to give you the tools you need to get to the next level. We can cover areas such as:
- How to improve your songwriting
- How to overcome the challenges you face with your music and ministry
- Understanding how the music industry works
Virtual Management
Making stuff happen and progress as a music artist or church ministry through our Virtual Management service that will help you advance. We can spend time:
- Developing your marketing message
- Sharing the songs and content you have to offer
- Assisting with the running of your organisation through consultancy, regular review and the implementation of systems.
