Three years ago I felt I had to write a song on Psalm 23 and tried seating down twice to do this but couldn’t come up with anything. After feeling a bit frustrated I decided to leave it be.

In 2019 while I was having my personal devotion I felt it was time to go back to writing the song on Psalm 23 and as I picked up my phone to write, started humming a tune and as I started putting lyrics to the tune, it all came today.

Psalm 23 is one of those scriptures that describe all God is to us as a shepherd from being our guide to being a provider, a teacher, our defender, our place of rest and peace. We really do not have to be afraid with God on our side.
