Running away from God is something I think most of us can relate to. The incredible and life-giving reality that He pursues us and continues to love us in these times, is a truth that brings genuine change in the heart of the believer. It’s how we learn to love Him back. “The Promise” conveys the intimacy of this Father/child relationship, and ends with the assurance that we know….He will fulfil His promises to us, He won’t give up on His children, He will finish the work He began. Glorious grace.

“Where can I go from Your spirit? Where can I flee from Your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; If I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
